The Astro Gerrit Desk Lamp from Astro's Gerrit range is a modern reinterpretation of the classic banker's lamp. Sculptural and purposeful, this desk lamp is crafted to deliver focused task lighting for home offices, workstations and study areas.

The Gerrit reads as minimalist architecture: a thin rectangular base, an oblique angled post and a long horizontal light head that cantilevers over your workspace. It is finished throughout in anodised gold aluminium for a warm, tactile look.

Precision-crafted from metal with a satin metallic texture, the lamp maintains a clean, uncluttered silhouette. The construction feels solid and refined while keeping visual weight to a minimum.

Lighting comes from an integrated LED tape mounted on the underside of the horizontal bar to provide a comfortable, downward wash of warm white light ideal for reading or focused work. The design keeps glare low and illumination direct where you need it.

Operation is via a touch-free wave sensor recessed in the top of the base, so there are no visible switches to disturb the streamlined profile. A black power cord connects from the rear of the base. The lamp is rated IP20 for indoor use and comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
