The Astro Cromarty 120 LED Recessed Ground Uplight from the Cromarty range is a coastal-grade floor uplight designed to highlight walls, paths and architectural features. Its circular, low-profile form and recessed lamp make it ideal for exterior ground and wet-area installations where directional uplighting is needed.

Design-forward and minimal, the fitting features a flat circular trim with a brushed metal finish and a central glass lens. The interior uses an asymmetrical, angled reflector to steer light for controlled uplighting; finish options are available as part of the Cromarty range.

Built from robust metal with a weatherproof construction, the Cromarty is intended for permanent outdoor installation and serviceable via a screw-mounted trim plate. The brushed metal trim gives a contemporary, industrial look while resisting the elements typical of coastal environments.

Lighting performance comes from an internal LED source that delivers a warm white beam with a high CRI of 90 for good colour rendering. The angled lamp position creates a wall-wash or feature-uplight effect rather than a straight vertical shaft, perfect for subtle accenting.

The fitting is rated IP67 for ingress protection and is suitable for installation in floor or ground surfaces; it is recommended for use up to around 8 kilometres from the coast. Astro advises that the unit is not designed to be driven over. Warranty coverage is 3 years.
