Astro Blanco Plaster Recessed Downlight is a plaster-in ceiling downlight from Astro designed for architectural interiors where a seamless finish matters. Its minimalist, hole-in-the-ceiling aesthetic makes it ideal for living rooms, hallways and other dry indoor spaces requiring discreet, directed light.

The Blanco features a deep, circular conical aperture that tapers toward the internal light source, emphasising a clean transition from ceiling plane to light chamber. It is offered in both Fixed and Adjustable versions to suit different lighting needs.

Made in plaster/ceramic with a smooth inner cone and a slightly textured plaster-like surrounding surface, the Blanco is designed to be finished on-site. The trimless plaster-in design is intended for the gap around the fitting to be filled and sanded, creating a seamless result that can be painted to match your ceiling.

A multi-faceted parabolic reflector sits deep inside the aperture and the lamp is set well back in the baffle to minimise glare and give controlled downward illumination. The design emphasises focused, architectural light rather than diffuse ambient glow.

The Blanco carries an IP20 rating for interior dry locations and comes with downloadable guides for painting and maintenance. A 3 year manufacturer warranty is included.
