The Anglepoise Type 75 Desk Lamp, designed by Sir Kenneth Grange, is an iconic task lamp that pairs modernist form with purposeful engineering for work, study or home desks. Its bell-shaped aluminium shade and classic spring-balanced silhouette reference the brand's long heritage of thoughtful British lighting design.

The lamp's two-part articulated arm and chrome-plated fittings deliver flowing movement and precise positioning. It is available in Alpine White, Jet Black, Silver Lustre and Slate Grey to suit a range of interiors.

Built from metal components, the Type 75 features a matt-painted aluminium shade, painted metal arms and a weighted cast-iron base with an aluminium cover. Visible constant-tension springs and quality bearings ensure stable hold and smooth adjustment.

Designed for focused task illumination, the shade measures ⌀14.5cm with a shade height of 19.2cm and a maximum reach of 71cm from base to shade. The base diameter is ⌀19.5cm and the lamp is supplied with a 250cm cable for flexible placement.

The Type 75 includes an integrated shade switch and a bulb is provided. It carries an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor, dry locations. The manufacturer offers a Lifetime Guarantee when registered within 90 days of purchase; note that purchases made before 20 January 2020 in the UK had a 5-year warranty.
